Our normal delivery times are as follows:
Standard delivery - 2-3 days after placing order
Express delivery - 1-2 days after placing order
These times are based on the courier services we use. They may fluctuate based on any delays they may face.
Yes! All orders over £25/€25 get free shipping.
Of course! We use fully tracked services from Royal Mail and DPD. When you order you'll receive a tracking code in your shipping confirmation email to keep tabs on your order.

For customers who have chosen delivery via Royal Mail, we advise downloading the Royal Mail app to manage your parcel.
Although we despatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed, the tracking status will not update until the couriers has scanned the parcel in to their premises. This can take up to 24 hours after handover although is usually much sooner than this.
If tracking has not updated 48 hours after placing the order, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We also offer express checkout with Apple/Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal Express Checkout.
We support payment through buy now, pay later apps such as Klarna.
Promotional codes can be applied at checkout. Please ensure the code is added to the correct field. You should see the discount applied in the checkout before proceeding with the order.
Please note that only one promotional code can be applied to each order.
Promotional codes may also not be usable during certain promotional periods.
We try our best to accommodate changes to orders however this will depend on the status of the order. Please reach out to email@example.com as quickly as possible to allow us to make changes where we can.
When entering promotional/discount codes at checkout, please remember they are case sensitive. If they are entered incorrectly they will not apply.
Ensure you have clicked apply after you have entered the code. The discount will not apply unless this button is clicked.
Ensure the code has not expired. If you received the code some time ago, or if it was part of a limited time promotion, it may have expired.
Discount codes do not work on top of other discounts and may be deactivated during promotional periods.

We recommend shaving your legs or waxing the day before tanning! We would also suggest you exfoliate at this stage to ensure all of the old tan & dead skin is gone before applying a fresh layer of tan.
Ok listen up, we have 3 top tips for prolonging your glow!
1. Prep is key! Ensure your skin is exfoliated 24 hrs prior to tanning, then apply a generous layer of moisturiser...
2. No other products on the skin! Before you tan, make sure your skin is free of products such as perfumes, deodorants, or makeup! If you are showering before tanning make sure to wait at least 1 hr before applying tan - this allows your pores to close.
3. Moisturise daily! Once tan is showered off, you must moisturise daily... we recommend doing this when skin is still damp. This will keep your tan looking flawless for up to 1 week!
Moisturise your body using bBold's Maintain It Moisturiser the night before tanning. We would only recommend moisturising your dry areas such as elbows, knees and ankles directly before tanning to ensure tan doesn't stick to these areas!
We are proud to say our products are non-toxic and free of all nasties, meaning they are safe to use during your pregnancy! However, we always advise checking with your Midwife first.
Our fabulous tans do not contain SPF, meaning they do not act as a barrier against the sun! We would strongly advise applying SPF regularly when exposed to the sun.
