DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are processed on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive and additional time where the order is placed or processed during a bank holiday. Please note that during this busy festive period, delivery may take longer in some instances as couriers deal with a high number of parcels.

Standard shipping for orders below £25/€25 is charged at £3.50 to the UK and €5.00 to Ireland.

We only use fully tracked services to enable our customers to monitor the progress of their parcel. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email and can be used on the respective couriers website. UK & NI customers have the option to use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services. The delivery period indicated by the number in each service is an aim only and should not be taken as a guarantee that the order will arrive within that timeframe. Additionally, the aim takes effect only when Royal Mail scan the parcel in after receiving from us, which may take up to 24 hours.

Should you have a delivery related issue, we recommend reaching out to the courier as they are best placed to support you.

UK and NI customers who opt for delivery via Royal Mail can use the Royal Mail app to manage their parcel.

RETURNS & REFUNDS INFORMATION

At bBold we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However, we know and understand there may be occasions where you want to return items. That’s why we offer a 15 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 15 days of the date you received it and receive a refund for the product or goods purchased.

The refund does not include the delivery charges of sending the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective - please see Damaged or Defective Item Or Errors On Our Part – Returns & Refunds. Please return items securely packaged with a copy of your invoice or enclosing to the following address:

14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, customers within the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the item is delivered.  Therefore if you feel for any reason that you no longer wish to keep the item, you can return it, in its original condition within 14 working days after the date the item is delivered, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you, but will not refund your costs in sending the item back to us, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or faulty – please see Damaged or Defective Item Or Errors On Our Part – Returns & Refunds.  Please return items securely packaged with the completed cancellation form and a copy of your invoice to the following address:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND ERRORS ON OUR PART – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, on rare occasions we may get it wrong or items may be damaged in transit or perhaps are defective.  Because these items are damaged or defective or we have made an error, we will refund in full; the item, the delivery charges levied by us when taking your order and your return postage costs.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage, except where the item we sent you was damaged or defective on receipt or there was an error on our part.  If you are unable to download our returns form you can request an email or fax copy by providing your fax number or email address.
