these are estimated delivery times from our couriers, but delays can happen - especially during peak times like black friday and bank holidays. we can’t promise exact dates but you’ll have tracking to keep you in the loop. hang tight, your best tan era is on the way.

don’t stress. we aim to dispatch orders within 24 – 48 hours. tracking won’t update until the courier scans it at their hub. this usually happens fast, but it can take up to 24 hours.

if your order was sent with royal mail, you can reschedule the delivery or change the location via their tracking website or app. miss it twice? they’ll leave a card with instructions on how to collect it.

sure thing. you’ve got 15 days from when you get it to send it back to us, unopened, unused and in its original packaging for a refund (minus shipping cost).

shave or wax 24-48 hours before you tan anddon’t forget to exfoliate too. get rid of any old tan and dead skin so your tan is smooth AF.

start by exfoliating and shaving / waxing 24-48 hours before tanning and moisturising. avoid putting any products like perfume, deodorant, or make-up on your skin before you tan, and if you’ve showered, wait at least an hour before applying your tan to let your pores close. after you’ve showered off your tan, make sure to moisturise every day while your skin is still damp - this keeps your tan fresh and flawless for up to a week.

moisturise your body using an oil free moisturiser at least 24 hours before tanning. before you tan, just focus on dry spots such as elbows, knees and ankles.

our products are non-toxic and free from nasties, so they're safe to use while pregnant. that said, we always recommend checking in with your midwife first - just to be sure.

yes, you can. our formulas don’t contain SPF, so they won’t protect you from the sun. always layer up with SPF when you’re catching rays - your skin will thank you.
